Barışcan Akova could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Mehmet Çağrı Açıker made a huge save. Eregli SK's Vasko Zagorchev was substituted for Franck Ribéry. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Juan Antonio Bertrand stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
