Oliver Can showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmelo Vachon in the 31st minute of the match. Oliver Can made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albert Gaardahl in the 35th minute. Jose Vimaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grant Pustak, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Albert Gaardahl could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Oliver Can made a huge save. A collision led to La Maquina 9-12-18 getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Joaquin Lopez hit a great ball. The FK Mintis Vilnius fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when FK Mintis Vilnius's Hubertas Dabkevičius looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After the first half FK Mintis Vilnius were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hubertas Dabkevičius was the one to do the kick off. Jose Vimaro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Danilevičius went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. 82 minutes into the match, La Maquina 9-12-18's goalkeeper Jose Vimaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Danilevičius. Leandro Grimi kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FK Mintis Vilnius had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
