An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Montes in the 21st minute of play forced Saco FC's goalkeeper Phillip Glerum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Phillip Glerum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Colas Valdueza, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. When Pablo Innocenzio fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's protests and gave Pablo Innocenzio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 24th minute, Pablo Innocenzio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benedicto Ireno didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adolfo Gipuzkoa went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teodosio Montes in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Phillip Glerum prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Benedicto Ireno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter-Jan De Brouwer in the 33rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Montes in the 34th minute of play forced Saco FC's goalkeeper Phillip Glerum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Saco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Montes came free, but Phillip Glerum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Saco FC's Robert Dobbertin got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Benedicto Ireno successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Colas Valdueza was the one to do the kick off. The corner led C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Colas Valdueza to fire away a dangerous shot which Phillip Glerum despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Antonio Alzamendi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Benedicto Ireno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Márk Stephen was substituted for Colas Valdueza. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter-Jan De Brouwer in the 61st minute of play forced C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's goalkeeper Benedicto Ireno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benedicto Ireno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter-Jan De Brouwer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 69 minutes, Tadeo Rolado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ and the Saco FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 70 played minutes C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Rolado. Phillip Glerum made an important save on a dangerous shot by Márk Stephen in the 82nd minute. Phillip Glerum made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Márk Stephen sent off a good shot on target. 91 minutes into the game, C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Yin Wei Yi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Phillip Glerum made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. With a little luck, Saco FC's Phillip Glerum got control of the ball when Yin Wei Yi tried to sneak it across the goal line.
