The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Martin Costeiantu made in the 3rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by -BZF- Viper eSports's Nechifor Mironescu. After 10 minutes, Sami Zübeyr made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. -BZF- Viper eSports's Silviu Lung tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 14 minutes of play, -BZF- Viper eSports's Niculae Podgoreanu made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tristan Falco was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Sami Zübeyr kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Silviu Lung. That made the score 2-1 in the 17 minute of play. -BZF- Viper eSports's Silviu Lung proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save -BZF- Viper eSports from getting a goal against them. Sami Zübeyr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silviu Lung having to interfere. Niculae Podgoreanu struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Tristan Falco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for -BZF- Viper eSports. FC Maci -MM-'s Sami Zübeyr got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Silviu Lung made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sami Zübeyr in the 42nd minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sami Zübeyr was the one to do the kick off. FC Maci -MM-'s Tristan Falco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niculae Podgoreanu in the 54th minute of play. Tristan Falco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogdan Iorga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the -BZF- Viper eSports defense, Sami Zübeyr kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silviu Lung. The -BZF- Viper eSports fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silviu Lung should have stopped the shot. FC Maci -MM- made a substitution. Felix Lucaci replaced Martin Costeiantu. Silviu Lung showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sami Zübeyr, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. A collision led to -BZF- Viper eSports getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Bogdan Iorga hit a great ball. After 83 played minutes -BZF- Viper eSports got a freekick which was hit by Vintilă Bordeanu. 85 minutes into the match, FC Maci -MM-'s Sami Zübeyr sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silviu Lung narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The corner led FC Maci -MM-'s Dieter Nisipeanu to fire away a dangerous shot which Silviu Lung despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tristan Falco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xander-Paul De Coster in the 89th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, FC Maci -MM-'s goalkeeper Tristan Falco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bogdan Iorga.

For all the effort they put into the match, the -BZF- Viper eSports players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Maci -MM-.
