Severino Vergílio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvano Cibran, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. A hard shot 7 in the game by Kajetan Pasterski from a close distance when the talented Severino Vergílio managed to make a qualified save. Estação F.C's players were relieved. A nice corner shot did that Silvano Cibran got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Severino Vergílio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Estação F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Konstanty Budzyn scored to the left of an out of position Severino Vergílio, making the score, 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Silviu Leahu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Severino Vergílio. That made the score 2-0 in the 14 minute of play. In the 20th minute Silvano Cibran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Vergílio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boguslaw Jaraczewski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Malte Örtendahl's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Belmiro Figueiredo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Boguslaw Jaraczewski. Zapniów's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Belmiro Figueiredo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 31st match minute, Estação F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Falcão Albuquerque to maneuver through the defense. If Malte Örtendahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Zapniów defense, Belmiro Figueiredo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Boguslaw Jaraczewski. The Zapniów fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Boguslaw Jaraczewski should have stopped the shot. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Malte Örtendahl made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Gerlach in the 51st minute of play forced Estação F.C's goalkeeper Severino Vergílio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 51st minute, Luizinho Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belmiro Figueiredo in the 55th minute of play forced Zapniów's goalkeeper Boguslaw Jaraczewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silvano Cibran took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Severino Vergílio. Severino Vergílio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Severino Vergílio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvano Cibran in the 64th minute of play. Severino Vergílio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvano Cibran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Estação F.C's Wellington Palmeira was substituted for Alex Gomes. In the 74th minute of the match Zapniów got a corner. Estação F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Silvano Cibran ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Zapniów's Kajetan Pasterski to fire away a dangerous shot which Severino Vergílio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Konstanty Budzyn in the 85th minute of play forced Estação F.C's goalkeeper Severino Vergílio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Estação F.C's Valdomiro Couto was substituted for Arnaldo Félix. In the 93rd minute, one of Zapniów:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Zapniów. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
