In the 20thth minute of the game Ove Salkvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boomer Fc's Gumersindo Moreira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. BK Gubbhöft's Isaac Jonasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Boniel in the 21st minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Boomer Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Ove Salkvist came free, but Gumersindo Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute of the match BK Gubbhöft got a corner. Boomer Fc's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ciro Incendio ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of Boomer Fc booed when BK Gubbhöft was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ove Salkvist received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gumersindo Moreira came out and tried to block the shot, but Ove Salkvist slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 39th minute. If Bebeto Gaúcho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
