Ares FC -MM-'s Luca Jivulescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Ares FC -MM- from getting a goal against them. Ares FC -MM- were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after Stiinta-Univ.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Karadeniz Otay took the corner. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baal Ares to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mugur Chiriac got free with Martin Crețu in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 86 minutes into the match, Olimpiu Trişcu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Martin Crețu. Stiinta-Univ.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olimpiu Trişcu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3. Shi Ming Sheng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Luca Jivulescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Shi Ming Sheng fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luca Jivulescu having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Stiinta-Univ. fully deserved thier win.
