Ged Nightingale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Keiran Tubbs in the 22nd minute of the match. Ged Nightingale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rory Jobson, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Ged Nightingale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yuan Xing Lin, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 44 minutes into the match, Guy Hogg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of La Mano. Gone With the Win's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guy Hogg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Arrows Academy FC's Grzegorz Piechna got a free kick in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yuan Xing Lin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yuan Xing Lin got free with Ged Nightingale in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 57 minutes into the match, Arrows Academy FC's goalkeeper Ged Nightingale had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yuan Xing Lin. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gone With the Win's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Guy Hogg was slow to take the kick. During this time Arrows Academy FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Arrows Academy FC's corner Grzegorz Piechna fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and La Mano quite easily take care of the ball. In the 60th minute Grzegorz Piechna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but La Mano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 62 played minutes Gone With the Win got a freekick which was hit by Corey Taylor. If Grzegorz Piechna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Arrows Academy FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Gone With the Win had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
