When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Ernesto Baldovino sped through VFR Stommeln's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Patrick Heimann. In the 8th minute, Remo Totti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Remo Totti struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. You Sheng Qi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VFR Stommeln. In the 15th minute Ernesto Baldovino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Heimann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patrick Heimann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Baldovino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 21 played minutes La Herradura FC got a freekick which was hit by Marian Brytan. Marian Brytan scored 3-0 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Patrick Heimann, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Angelo Txurio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Patrick Heimann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Marian Brytan took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Patrick Heimann to make any attempt to save it. Ernesto Baldovinos short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Patrick Heimann to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. La Herradura FC were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after VFR Stommeln's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ernesto Baldovino took the corner. In the 41st minute, Marian Brytan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Herradura FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. 47 minutes into the match, Ernesto Baldovino dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Patrick Heimann, 7-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Remo Totti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. VFR Stommeln's Patrick Heimann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Grillo in the 53rd minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Remo Totti dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of You Sheng Qi, 7-1. Ernesto Baldovino took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Patrick Heimann. Patrick Heimann dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernesto Baldovino in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrick Heimann prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Patrick Heimann came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by La Herradura FC's Angelo Txurio. But to his dismay, Angelo Txurio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-1. Patrick Heimann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Grillo in the 72nd minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, La Herradura FC's Angelo Txurio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patrick Heimann made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-1. In a very dangerous position, a player in VFR Stommeln fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 79th minute. Penalty! An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Baldovino in the 85th minute of play forced VFR Stommeln's goalkeeper Patrick Heimann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patrick Heimann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Baldovino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Osvaldo Grillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Herradura FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-1. After 92 minutes of play, La Herradura FC's Ernesto Baldovino made it 13-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patrick Heimann was left in no man's land by his defense there! Patrick Heimann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Grillo in the 99th minute of the match. There was no doubt that La Herradura FC were the better team. La Herradura FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
