The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mehmet Akif Ceceli during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of U21 Poland booed when Chelmza Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Akif Ceceli didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute Witold Bycofski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldemar Pawlik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Waldemar Pawlik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jan Pająk in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jan Pająk to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Lu Yuan Yin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tanek Wojtyna. U21 Poland's Damian Furlit quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The supporters of Chelmza Team booed when U21 Poland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Witold Bycofski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Gwidon Zawacki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chelmza Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Gwidon Zawacki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tanek Wojtyna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Mehmet Akif Ceceli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, Eric Esposito notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Chelmza Team's Waldemar Pawlik. Waldemar Pawlik was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eric Esposito in the 93rd minute of play forced Chelmza Team's goalkeeper Waldemar Pawlik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
