Ciro Falcão made in the 9th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Springplank FC's Mart de Visser. Japke Verbeek's late challenge caught a Peluchita Fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Japke Verbeek helped the player get up and apologised. After 10 played minutes Springplank FC got a freekick which was hit by Japke Verbeek. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaroslaw Czeszyk got free with Gijs Schaap in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mart de Visser hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the game, Peluchita Fc's Eulalio Abaunza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gijs Schaap made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 18th minute Taco Bouma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogdan Kornatowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the game, Mart de Visser was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Springplank FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Peluchita Fc the free kick. A collision led to Springplank FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Mart de Visser hit a great ball. Gijs Schaap showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eulalio Abaunza in the 29th minute of the match. After 29 minutes of play, Peluchita Fc's Eulalio Abaunza made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gijs Schaap was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 33rd minute, Ferdi Reis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bogdan Kornatowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Eulalio Abaunzas short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Gijs Schaap to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.

The wind increased when Eulalio Abaunza made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eulalio Abaunza in the 53rd minute of play forced Springplank FC's goalkeeper Gijs Schaap to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Springplank FC's Gijs Schaap played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Abaunza in the 54th minute of play. Bogdan Kornatowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Holder Behnert, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 58th minute, Holder Behnert ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bogdan Kornatowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Bogdan Kornatowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Holder Behnert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the match, Jaroslaw Czeszyk notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Springplank FC's Gijs Schaap. Gijs Schaap was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Peluchita Fc's Cosme Sansone was substituted for Eulalio Abaunza. After having played for 70 minutes, Martín Cardetti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peluchita Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martín Cardetti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 72 played minutes Springplank FC got a freekick which was hit by Mart de Visser. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosme Sansone in the 80th minute of play forced Springplank FC's goalkeeper Gijs Schaap to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 81 minutes Springplank FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nicolas Richie who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Peluchita Fc's Jaroslaw Czeszyk to fire away a dangerous shot which Gijs Schaap despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Gijs Schaap took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elvio Bikendi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the match, Springplank FC's Ferdi Reis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bogdan Kornatowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonathan Deunoro during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 89 played minutes Peluchita Fc got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Deunoro. After some careless play in the Springplank FC defense, Jonathan Deunoro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gijs Schaap. The Springplank FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gijs Schaap should have stopped the shot. Peluchita Fc's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
