The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Angelo Melani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diego Jaunzuria in the 34th minute. Angelo Melani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Almiron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baltasar Sancho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nichifor Nimass in the 42nd minute of play. In the 46th minute, Nichifor Nimass got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dorian Colle was the one to do the kick off. Baltasar Sancho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nichifor Nimass in the 57th minute. Angelo Melani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Israel Berenguer in the 59th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sacro Balompié's goalkeeper Baltasar Sancho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 62 minutes, Dorian Colle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Girondins4Ever's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dorian Colle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Girondins4Ever defense, Isidoro Izel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angelo Melani. The Girondins4Ever fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angelo Melani should have stopped the shot. Girondins4Ever's Daniel Poiré was substituted for Nichifor Nimass. Girondins4Ever's Mihai Ipate was substituted for Cao Peng Xiong. Girondins4Ever's Angelo Melani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Almiron in the 77th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Miguel Almiron got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Angelo Melani quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Baltasar Sancho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hakim Gaulin went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 84th minute, Daniel Poiré ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Baltasar Sancho was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. With a little luck, Sacro Balompié's Baltasar Sancho got control of the ball when Daniel Poiré tried to sneak it across the goal line. Girondins4Ever's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hakim Gaulin in the 95th minute. After taking down the ball on Girondins4Ever's corner Hakim Gaulin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Baltasar Sancho quite easily take care of the ball. Mihai Ipate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Girondins4Ever players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Sacro Balompié from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
