The Chacarita Futsal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Miguel Ángel Santoro should have stopped the shot. Chacarita Futsal's Evaristo Perez was substituted for Genaro Min. Arild Nodland hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. If Rui Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. KFC Uerdingen 05's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
