The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Sten Askestät shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tito Chayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Sten Askestät had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tito Chayo. Nippur de Lagash 2's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sten Askestät was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 12 minutes into the match, FC Builder Sofia's goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Lehen came free, but Stamen Kapitanov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tito Chayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sten Askestät in the 13th minute of the match. Tito Chayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geraldo Souza in the 13th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sten Askestät in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tito Chayo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Nippur de Lagash 2's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Geraldo Souza was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Builder Sofia's players had a chance to rest. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Eleuterio Nofre got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-2. 16 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute, Marcelino Jaunzuria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Geraldo Souza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Nippur de Lagash 2 booed when FC Builder Sofia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geraldo Souza didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30thth minute of the game Sten Askestät who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nippur de Lagash 2's Tito Chayo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 33 played minutes, FC Builder Sofia's Eleuterio Nofre shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tito Chayo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Builder Sofia reached it. Tito Chayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geraldo Souza in the 38th minute of play. Sten Askestät received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Tito Chayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Nippur de Lagash 2's Stamen Kapitanov threw himself towards the right post 47 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Israel Oliviero, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The wind increased when Sten Askestät made the kick off in the second half. If Sten Askestät had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tito Chayo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yulian Ivanov in the 53rd minute. Geraldo Souza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Tito Chayo made a huge save. With a little luck, Nippur de Lagash 2's Tito Chayo got control of the ball when Sten Askestät tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of FC Builder Sofia booed when Nippur de Lagash 2 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victoriano De Mitri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sten Askestät took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tito Chayo. Tito Chayo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Sten Askestät could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Tito Chayo made a huge save. Geraldo Souza made a great header on FC Builder Sofia's corner, it was just that Nippur de Lagash 2's Tito Chayo managed to reach the ball for a save. 66 minutes into the match, Geraldo Souza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tito Chayo. Geraldo Souza went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led FC Builder Sofia's Eleuterio Nofre to fire away a dangerous shot which Tito Chayo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Nippur de Lagash 2's Tito Chayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yulian Ivanov in the 76th minute of play. With his leg Tito Chayo managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when FC Builder Sofia's Sten Askestät fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Oliviero in the 80th minute of play forced FC Builder Sofia's goalkeeper Stamen Kapitanov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Sten Askestät came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the FC Builder Sofia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sten Askestät couldn't finish the play. In the 86th minute Israel Oliviero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stamen Kapitanov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sten Askestät sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcelino Jaunzuria hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute, Rosendo Dolfo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute, Israel Oliviero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stamen Kapitanov was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. When the final whistle sounded FC Builder Sofia left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Nippur de Lagash 2.
