After a rather tough play, Pendex's Santiago Roano got a free kick in the 12th minute. Bernardino Peruxu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Segundo Casco, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Pendex's Bernardino Peruxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lu Yuan Yin in the 16th minute of play. Bernardino Peruxu made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Segundo Casco sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Americo Dantel in the 19th minute of play forced Chelmza Team's goalkeeper Waldemar Pawlik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A well-hit corner resulted in Luciano Johans heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Segundo Casco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Bernardino Peruxu made a huge save. In the 24th minute, Pendex's Marciano Gartzi seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Marciano Gartzi the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Pendex protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Marciano Gartzi had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Pendex getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Marciano Gartzi hit a great ball. Lu Yuan Yin struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Bernardino Peruxu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chelmza Team. In the 28th minute Lu Yuan Yin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardino Peruxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Segundo Casco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Bernardino Peruxu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 31 minutes, Lu Yuan Yin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chelmza Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lu Yuan Yin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 32nd minute, Teo Lauaxeta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Narciso Salomone's late challenge caught a Chelmza Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Narciso Salomone helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th minute, Chelmza Team's Lu Yuan Yin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bernardino Peruxu. Bernardino Peruxu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Segundo Casco got free with Bernardino Peruxu in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Serafin Lauren made the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Chelmza Team got a freekick which was hit by Lu Yuan Yin. 54 minutes into the game, Zbigniew Boniek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chelmza Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pendex the free kick. A collision led to Chelmza Team getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Zbigniew Boniek hit a great ball. Bernardino Peruxu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Segundo Casco, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute Chelmza Team were awarded a corner. Zbigniew Boniek went to the cornerflag to take it. 64 minutes into the game, Lu Yuan Yin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Bernardino Peruxu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 68th minute of the game Americo Dantel made a throw-in which Luciano Johans played forward. Jeronimo Quinito charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jeronimo Quinito the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Pendex's Jeronimo Quinito got a free kick in the 75th minute. Pendex's Bernardino Peruxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Casco in the 81st minute of play. In the 84th match minute, Pendex was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Lauaxeta to maneuver through the defense. 85 minutes into the game, Chelmza Team's Zbigniew Boniek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernardino Peruxu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. 94 minutes into the match, Pendex's goal looked a bit too open when Lu Yuan Yin came free, but Bernardino Peruxu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pendex players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Chelmza Team.
