Sidney Motta made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Maksymilian Walaszkiewicz sent off a good shot on target. Maksymilian Walaszkiewicz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sidney Motta came out and tried to block the shot, but Maksymilian Walaszkiewicz slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 16th minute. Imbituba - FSCMZ's Sidney Motta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Orwel in the 23rd minute of play. A throw-in in the 28th minute of the game was made by Dani Alves with Nathaniel Burnett as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 32nd minute Nathaniel Burnett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olavo Henriques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 34 minutes Racing Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pedro Luís Fonseca who took care of the corner kick. Racing Club's Olavo Henriques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nathaniel Burnett in the 38th minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Válbson Pimenta was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ersan Ergüleç in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olavo Henriques saved Racing Club from getting behind. Sidney Motta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godofredo Remigio, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 92nd match minute, Imbituba - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolando Gaspard to maneuver through the defense. Sidney Motta came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Racing Club's Geronimo Salomone. But to his dismay, Geronimo Salomone quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geronimo Salomone in the 97th minute of play forced Imbituba - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Sidney Motta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Racing Club's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
