A well-hit corner resulted in Klement Belko heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrico Barreneche in the 10th minute of play forced Knight Of Dawn's goalkeeper Denis Urtats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Jose-Antonio Holgado in the 14th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Knight Of Dawn's Porfírio Quirino. In the 18th minute Enrico Barreneche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Urtats saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 22 played minutes Knight Of Dawn got a freekick which was hit by Dimitry Samyn. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrico Barreneche in the 25th minute of play forced Knight Of Dawn's goalkeeper Denis Urtats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Knight Of Dawn's Qiu Yuan Jun got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, Enrico Barreneche had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Denis Urtats. Knight Of Dawn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enrico Barreneche was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 38th match minute, Atletico de la Rosa CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ximun Camudio to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Qiu Yuan Jun got free with Marcell Yashin in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 45 minutes into the game, Enrico Barreneche cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Denis Urtats was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Qiu Yuan Jun to make the kick off. Marcell Yashin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Qiu Yuan Jun in the 55th minute of the match. Knight Of Dawn's Danilo Matro was substituted for Gregorio Caton. 60 minutes into the match, Atletico de la Rosa CF's Enrico Barreneche sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Denis Urtats narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrico Barreneche in the 66th minute of play forced Knight Of Dawn's goalkeeper Denis Urtats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eugênio Goiano hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Qiu Yuan Jun in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcell Yashin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 90th match minute, Knight Of Dawn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celedonio Fonda to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute of the match Atletico de la Rosa CF got a corner. Knight Of Dawn's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Artur Pikk ran over to the corner to take the kick. Atletico de la Rosa CF's Jose-Antonio Holgado was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Denis Urtats in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the match was over Atletico de la Rosa CF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Knight Of Dawn throughout the match.
