The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nereo Raymon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lev Pakhomov in the 11th minute of play. Зилант Казань were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Papulote FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Vadim Dubakov took the corner. At last the ball reached Alessio Bocchi at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Papulote FC. 0-2. In the 15th minute Filipp Abdullin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nereo Raymon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 played minutes Зилант Казань got a freekick which was hit by Artur Bykov. 20 minutes into the match, Papulote FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filipp Abdullin came free, but Nereo Raymon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nereo Raymon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vadim Dubakov in the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute Lev Pakhomov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nereo Raymon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 28 played minutes Papulote FC got a freekick which was hit by Herminio Peli. Evsey Ivanov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nereo Raymon having to interfere. Nereo Raymon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vadim Dubakov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute Arnoldo Gonzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jakob Nazaradeh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 35 played minutes Papulote FC got a freekick which was hit by Florencio Gonzo. After 36 played minutes Papulote FC got a freekick which was hit by Hector Oton. In the 37th minute Vadim Dubakov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nereo Raymon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergey Parshin in the 38th minute of play forced Papulote FC's goalkeeper Nereo Raymon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evsey Ivanov in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nereo Raymon saved Papulote FC from getting behind. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Evsey Ivanov sped through Papulote FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nereo Raymon. Nereo Raymon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evsey Ivanov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Зилант Казань were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Зилант Казань's Filipp Abdullin in 50 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Nereo Raymon guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Nereo Raymon made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Vadim Dubakov sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vadim Dubakov in the 56th minute of play forced Papulote FC's goalkeeper Nereo Raymon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Papulote FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filipp Abdullin came free, but Nereo Raymon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Зилант Казань's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vadim Dubakov in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evsey Ivanov in the 87th minute of play forced Papulote FC's goalkeeper Nereo Raymon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Evsey Ivanov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nereo Raymon. That made the score 0-7 in the 87 minute of play. Nereo Raymon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evsey Ivanov in the 90th minute of play. Nereo Raymon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lev Pakhomov in the 92nd minute. In the 94th minute Evsey Ivanov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nereo Raymon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Зилант Казань's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
