The Crusaders of Dark fans' excitement grew in the 3rd match minute when Crusaders of Dark's Dimitar Berbatov looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gustaw Golembiewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dimitar Berbatov in the 6th minute of the match. Dimitar Berbatov might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustaw Golembiewski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dimitar Berbatov ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dimitar Berbatov in the 7th minute of play forced PKS Marymont Warszawa's goalkeeper Gustaw Golembiewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, PKS Marymont Warszawa's Totyo Popisakov threw himself towards the right post 8 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Michal Gerlach, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, Crusaders of Dark's Totyo Popisakov got control of the ball when Téo Queiroz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gustaw Golembiewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimitar Berbatov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Crusaders of Dark's Ildefonso Orlondo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Freddy Mondorf, made in the 20th minute of the game. If Dimitar Berbatov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gustaw Golembiewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimitar Berbatov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, PKS Marymont Warszawa's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitar Berbatov came free, but Gustaw Golembiewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Crusaders of Dark were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after PKS Marymont Warszawa's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dochko Razpopov took the corner. Crusaders of Dark's Viden Belovezhdov was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gustaw Golembiewski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Totyo Popisakov was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Téo Queiroz. After a rather tough play, Crusaders of Dark's Dimitar Berbatov got a free kick in the 29th minute. PKS Marymont Warszawa's Gustaw Golembiewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimitar Berbatov in the 36th minute of play. Crusaders of Dark's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dochko Razpopov in the 38th minute. Totyo Popisakov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michal Gerlach, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michal Gerlach in the 39th minute of play forced Crusaders of Dark's goalkeeper Totyo Popisakov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute, Leon Kieca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Michal Gerlach was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute Dimitar Berbatov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaw Golembiewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Totyo Popisakov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John Guidetti, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Dimitar Berbatov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Gustaw Golembiewski made a huge save. In the 61st minute, Crusaders of Dark's Dimitar Berbatov dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Dimitar Berbatov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Crusaders of Dark booed when PKS Marymont Warszawa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Kieca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eligio Rojas might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustaw Golembiewski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eligio Rojas ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Crusaders of Dark getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Eivind Lundemo hit a great ball. Gustaw Golembiewski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dimitar Berbatov in the 77th minute. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind PKS Marymont Warszawa's goalkeeper Gustaw Golembiewski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Eivind Lundemo fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Crusaders of Dark's protests and gave Eivind Lundemo a yellow card for diving instead. After 81 played minutes Crusaders of Dark got a freekick which was hit by Eivind Lundemo. In the 82nd minute, Viden Belovezhdov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute, Téo Queiroz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Crusaders of Dark players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
