In the 20th minute Erubiel Mede shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Li Lin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Li Lin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peng Xiong, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Erubiel Mede could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Li Lin made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aloyzas Valys in the 26th minute of play forced Crottos Crotters F.C.'s goalkeeper Angel Vito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Crottos Crotters F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Aloyzas Valys came free, but Angel Vito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Pablo Solari got a free kick in the 27th minute. Angel Vito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vecdet Baştürk in the 28th minute of play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Li Lin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 40 minutes into the match, Wiktor Kjellqvist notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Angel Vito. Angel Vito was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Li Lin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peng Xiong, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Peng Xiong to make the kick off. Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Angel Vito proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Crottos Crotters F.C. from getting a goal against them. In the 77th match minute, Crottos Crotters F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustin Ponc to maneuver through the defense. 89 minutes into the game, Moose Knuckles's Wiktor Kjellqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. With a left leg Li Lin saved Moose Knuckles from getting behind. Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Angel Vito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaunius Balčaitis in the 96th minute of play. Moose Knuckles's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
