Edmundson Ross might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ercüment Sayman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edmundson Ross ran back to his position shaking his head. 11 minutes into the match, Comira AFC's goalkeeper Ercüment Sayman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmundson Ross. Edmundson Ross ran back to his position shaking his head. 16 minutes into the game, Edmundson Ross lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Ercüment Sayman. A collision led to Comira AFC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundson Ross in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ercüment Sayman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edmundson Ross's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ercüment Sayman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Edmundson Ross in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ercüment Sayman, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. Ercüment Sayman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
