In the 6thth minute of the game Mai Quan Peng who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pheonix FC's Tyge Oehlerich was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Seed Town West's Kasper Schmeichel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Seed Town West from getting a goal against them. Kasper Schmeichel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but 任正振 showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. 任正振's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kasper Schmeichel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute Pheonix FC were awarded a corner. Marcel Militaru went to the cornerflag to take it. Tyge Oehlerich showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mai Quan Peng, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Pheonix FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mai Quan Peng came free, but Tyge Oehlerich reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tyge Oehlerich made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mai Quan Peng in the 28th minute of play. After 29 played minutes Seed Town West got a freekick which was hit by Germán Casado. Pheonix FC's 任正振 managed to work through Seed Town West's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. 任正振 dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. When Pheonix FC's 任正振 in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Seed Town West's goalie prevented a goal. Tyge Oehlerich showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Vøge in the 41st minute of the match. When Seed Town West's Dan Vøge in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pheonix FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 42 minutes Pheonix FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aytaç Sözen who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Seed Town West's Kenney Højerby to a score. 1-2 in the 43rd minute. Tyge Oehlerich showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Vøge, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half Seed Town West were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dan Vøge made a kick off. Roger Fallis kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Pheonix FC's Tyge Oehlerich proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Pheonix FC from getting a goal against them. Kasper Schmeichel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 任正振 in the 56th minute of play. With splendid footwork Dan Vøge arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-3 by the left pole in the game's 60th minute. Seed Town West's Manfred Hamade was substituted for Hong Guang Sheng. Seed Town West's Sofus Sorvad was substituted for Boye Brøning. Tyge Oehlerich took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dan Vøge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 73 played minutes Pheonix FC got a freekick which was hit by Ian Kjellstrand. With a little luck, Pheonix FC's Tyge Oehlerich got control of the ball when Mai Quan Peng tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 78th minute, Jørn Resø hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 82 minutes into the match, Seed Town West's goal looked a bit too open when Vladislav Hampejs came free, but Kasper Schmeichel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pheonix FC's Tyge Oehlerich played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Betinho Rodrigues in the 87th minute of play. After 93 minutes of play, Pheonix FC's 任正振 made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kasper Schmeichel was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The Seed Town West supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Seed Town West would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
