Spectators: 7474 (Terracing: 5607, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 149) The audience thought a goal was coming when Higinio Barros got free with Bogdan Wolniewicz in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Szczepan Sikola struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Pepe Santoro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Czermno. A collision led to INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Oscar Solustiano hit a great ball. Bogdan Wolniewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Solustiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute of the match INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB got a corner. FC Czermno's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Higinio Barros ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of FC Czermno's goalie and right to Alejo Eleder. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. FC Czermno's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The crowd rose to their feet as INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's Narciso Vergaray slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bogdan Wolniewicz. That made the score 1-0 after 22 minutes of play. Pepe Santoro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Juliusz Giertych's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. In the 41st minute, Higinio Barros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bogdan Wolniewicz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After a rather tough play, INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's Higinio Barros got a free kick in the 44th minute. Pawel Giertych sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pepe Santoro came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Czermno's Juliusz Giertych. But to his dismay, Juliusz Giertych quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Narciso Vergaray to make the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 53 minutes, Pepe Santoro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Szczepan Sikola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute of the match, Szczepan Sikola got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pepe Santoro was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Bogdan Wolniewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narciso Vergaray, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute, Higinio Barros made a precise shot to the right of Bogdan Wolniewicz. FC Czermno's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Pepe Santoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juliusz Giertych in the 70th minute of the match. In the 78th minute Narciso Vergaray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogdan Wolniewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's Higinio Barros in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Czermno's goalie prevented a goal. 86 minutes into the match, FC Czermno's goal looked a bit too open when Narciso Vergaray came free, but Bogdan Wolniewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 94 minutes, Narciso Vergaray managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Narciso Vergaray was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Oscar Solustiano hit a great ball. Juliusz Giertych received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Pepe Santoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
