The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by German Hesles during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Botvik FC booed when Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. German Hesles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Timo Repo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inguma Madama having to interfere. Taavetti Nybacka made in the 10th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Timo Repo. Botvik FC's Jouni Läänelä proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Botvik FC from getting a goal against them. 12 minutes into the match, Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's goal looked a bit too open when Kaleva Kuuttinen came free, but Inguma Madama reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Botvik FC's Taisto Bruun got a free kick in the 14th minute. Romo Aenlle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Taisto Bruun kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Inguma Madama showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leif Väisänen, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Botvik FC's Jouni Läänelä proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Botvik FC from getting a goal against them. Venceslao Mayllar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Jouni Läänelä made a huge save. In the 37th minute of the match, Venceslao Mayllar got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jouni Läänelä was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Taavetti Nybacka made in the 38th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's Leonardo Baelo.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Venceslao Mayllar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jouni Läänelä took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Venceslao Mayllar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's Brais Montiel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jouni Läänelä in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Kaleva Kuuttinen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inguma Madama having to interfere. If Venceslao Mayllar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's Leonardo Baelo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Taavetti Nybacka in the 66 minute of the game. Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's attentive Romo Aenlle managed to snatch the ball when Taavetti Nybacka made a throw-in in the 68th minute of the game. Veremundo Ascarretazabal hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Jouni Läänelä showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Venceslao Mayllar, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Inguma Madama made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaleva Kuuttinen in the 84th minute of play. Timo Repo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Timo Repo got free with Inguma Madama in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Inguma Madama took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaleva Kuuttinen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Timo Repo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Inguma Madama tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
