Nuno Pais stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emanuel Markham's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. After some careless play in the DPD FC defense, Kai Østbye kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nuno Pais. The DPD FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nuno Pais should have stopped the shot. Emanuel Markham scored 0-3 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nuno Pais, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Markham in the 17th minute of play forced DPD FC's goalkeeper Nuno Pais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nuno Pais took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kai Østbye, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Emanuel Markham sped through DPD FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nuno Pais. A collision led to Brufoss IL getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Nils-Arne Bruvik hit a great ball. Nuno Pais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frode Tobiassen in the 24th minute of the match. Nuno Pais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Markham in the 25th minute of play. The supporters of Brufoss IL booed when DPD FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Palmiro Ramires didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute, Emanuel Markham left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brufoss IL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. After 35 played minutes Brufoss IL got a freekick which was hit by Kai Østbye. Higino Lameiras's late challenge caught a Brufoss IL's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Higino Lameiras helped the player get up and apologised. Higino Lameiras hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Nuno Pais stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frode Tobiassen's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. In the 52nd minute, Brufoss IL's Emanuel Markham dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. In the 57th minute, Emanuel Markham made a precise shot to the right of Nuno Pais. DPD FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. In the 60th minute, Brufoss IL's Emanuel Markham ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nuno Pais. Nuno Pais yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. The crowd rose to their feet as Brufoss IL's Emanuel Markham slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nuno Pais. That made the score 0-11 after 64 minutes of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jairo Setúbal in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Borys Witek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Brufoss IL made a substitution. August Bergsland replaced Frode Tobiassen. August Bergslands short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Nuno Pais to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Through an outstanding action, after 87 minutes, Nuno Pais successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 91st minute, Brufoss IL's Emanuel Markham dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-14. Kai Østbye sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Vítor Torres fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DPD FC's protests and gave Vítor Torres a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to DPD FC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Vítor Torres hit a great ball.
