In the 19th minute, Flaco López got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ronaldinho Pernambucano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 23rd match minute, Haridades F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amílton Moreno to maneuver through the defense. Cafu Pinheiro kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Kārlis Straubegs notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Haridades F.C's Ronaldinho Pernambucano. An unexpected shot in the 33rd minute by Gino Camargo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Moisés Dracena was the one to do the kick off. Haridades F.C were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after JFSP's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ernesto Coelho took the corner. After a rather tough play, JFSP's Paulinho Batista got a free kick in the 70th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. JFSP fully deserved thier win.
