An unexpectedly hard shot by Mark Jarud in the 8th minute of play forced Glorioso Deportivo Cali's goalkeeper Nicholas Urria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Garcia Ventura's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jannich Brolyng read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Mark Jarud kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 13th minute Garcia Ventura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jannich Brolyng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Glorioso Deportivo Cali's Enaut Barreiros got a free kick in the 17th minute. Saco FC's Jannich Brolyng proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Saco FC from getting a goal against them. Glorioso Deportivo Cali's Nicholas Urria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frederick Burnell in the 24th minute of play. Jannich Brolyng stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Garcia Ventura's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. When Lugo Bolilla came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Glorioso Deportivo Cali fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lugo Bolilla couldn't finish the play. After 33 played minutes Saco FC got a freekick which was hit by Frederick Burnell. A collision led to Saco FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Andre Rindung hit a great ball. Jannich Brolyng came out of the goal and Garcia Ventura tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th minute, Glorioso Deportivo Cali's Aurre Salado ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jannich Brolyng. Jannich Brolyng yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. In the 47th match minute, Saco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andre Rindung to maneuver through the defense. Jannich Brolyng acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 48th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Guerau Sastre. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
52 minutes into the match, Saco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Garcia Ventura came free, but Jannich Brolyng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andre Rindung hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After 56 played minutes, Glorioso Deportivo Cali's Gagriel Aramoyana shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jannich Brolyng came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Glorioso Deportivo Cali reached it. Nicholas Urria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Jarud, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Lugo Bolilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Jannich Brolyng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 65 played minutes Saco FC got a freekick which was hit by Ditlef Thybring. Jannich Brolyng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lugo Bolilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lugo Bolilla took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jannich Brolyng. Jannich Brolyng dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. A collision led to Saco FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Frederick Burnell hit a great ball. Saco FC's Jannich Brolyng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lugo Bolilla in the 85th minute of play. Glorioso Deportivo Cali's Lugo Bolilla got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nicholas Urria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thorbjørn Engsholm in the 92nd minute of the match. The supporters of Saco FC booed when Glorioso Deportivo Cali was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enaut Barreiros didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Glorioso Deportivo Cali support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
