Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 150) With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rogério Mourão in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mick Boulding saved Ssc Napoli from getting behind. Abel Meira stood somewhat misplaced when Nath Inman came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 4 minute. In the 10th minute, Rogério Mourão left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Beatriz 08 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. A collision led to FC Beatriz 08 getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Danilo Macena hit a great ball. In the 17th minute of the match Harvey Lamb sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abel Meira skillfully saved the ball. Ssc Napoli's Mick Boulding played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogério Mourão in the 21st minute of play. FC Beatriz 08's Abel Meira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save FC Beatriz 08 from getting a goal against them. When Ssc Napoli's Nath Inman in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Beatriz 08's goalie prevented a goal. In the 30th minute, Nath Inman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rogério Mourão in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mick Boulding prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Abel Meira made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Nath Inman sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rd minute, Emilis Rožėnas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nath Inman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nath Inman made a kick off. The supporters of FC Beatriz 08 booed when Ssc Napoli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nath Inman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 60 minutes into the game, Márcio Cordeiro lined in a short shot 2-3 behind a frustrated Mick Boulding. Mick Boulding was a little too slow when Rogério Mourão got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 2-4. 68 minutes into the match, Ssc Napoli's goal looked a bit too open when Rogério Mourão came free, but Mick Boulding reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 70 minutes of play, FC Beatriz 08's Pepe Bomba made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mick Boulding was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Rogério Mourão fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Beatriz 08's protests and gave Rogério Mourão a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Beatriz 08 getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Rogério Mourão hit a great ball. Harvey Lamb took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Abel Meira. FC Beatriz 08's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 77th minute, FC Beatriz 08's Pepe Bomba ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mick Boulding. Mick Boulding yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-6. 80 minutes into the match, Nath Inman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abel Meira. FC Beatriz 08's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nath Inman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-6. 83 minutes into the match, Ssc Napoli's goalkeeper Mick Boulding had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pepe Bomba. A collision led to Ssc Napoli getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Nath Inman hit a great ball. Mick Boulding took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pepe Bomba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the match, Pepe Bomba had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mick Boulding. Ssc Napoli's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pepe Bomba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-7. Mick Boulding made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogério Mourão in the 96th minute of play. FC Beatriz 08's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
