When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Cihangir Ustam sped through San Lorenzo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Qi Cheng Zhen. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cihangir Ustam in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Qi Cheng Zhen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of San Lorenzo booed when mesehor FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dilaver Geylanlar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peker Bayezit acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 24th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Severiano Fresco. Cleto Cristofol might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Peker Bayezit. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cleto Cristofol ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cihangir Ustam in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Qi Cheng Zhen saved San Lorenzo from getting behind. In the 30th match minute, San Lorenzo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingos Loiola to maneuver through the defense. After 31st play minutes Cihangir Ustam shot 2-2, a short shot which went by Qi Cheng Zhen and just under the crossbar into goal. Peker Bayezit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mabrouk Dolar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute, Arif Tugay Cemre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 47th minute, Erasmo Argenis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Arif Tugay Cemre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Qi Cheng Zhen made a huge save. San Lorenzo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Cihangir Ustam scored to the left of an out of position Qi Cheng Zhen, making the score, 2-3. Peker Bayezit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleto Cristofol, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. The supporters of mesehor FC booed when San Lorenzo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albano Ruisko didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 74 minutes into the game, when Şadi Yavuz put in a rough tackle. 74 minutes into the game, one of mesehor FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Arif Tugay Cemre received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Qi Cheng Zhen came out and tried to block the shot, but Arif Tugay Cemre slotted it home off the left post making it 3-4 in the 83rd minute. Cihangir Ustam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arif Tugay Cemre got free with Qi Cheng Zhen in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mehmet Bilge Humbaracıbaşı's late challenge caught a San Lorenzo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mehmet Bilge Humbaracıbaşı helped the player get up and apologised. Mehmet Bilge Humbaracıbaşı hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The San Lorenzo supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching mesehor FC's performance. The match ended with a win for mesehor FC.
