Galo do Cerrado's Manuel Mendes got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alfredinho Andrade took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olof Västerberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olof Västerberg scored 0-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfredinho Andrade, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alfredinho Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olof Västerberg in the 22nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cássio Matorin got free with 何旭银 in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Olof Västerberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredinho Andrade having to interfere. Anton Lund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Bloodthirsty FC's George Almstedt got a free kick in the 84th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Galo do Cerrado's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Kleen came free, but Alfredinho Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Bloodthirsty FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
