Xande Buffon made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Stig Rönn sent off a good shot on target. In the 6th minute, Ingvar Bark reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Xande Buffon. The goal made the score 1-0. 9 minutes into the match, New Joinville - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Xande Buffon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Uno Åkesson. After 11 played minutes New Joinville - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Xande Musiala. In the 13th minute Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per Bröms saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Ekedalen SK defense, Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Per Bröms. The Ekedalen SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Per Bröms should have stopped the shot. Xande Koeman kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Ingvar Bark's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xande Buffon was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. The Ekedalen SK fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Ekedalen SK's Ingvar Bark looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Ekedalen SK's zone, Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Per Bröms came out of the goal and Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Per Bröms showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas De la Cruz, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After some careless play in the Ekedalen SK defense, Nicolas De la Cruz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Per Bröms. The Ekedalen SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Per Bröms should have stopped the shot. When Lauro Nascimento fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored New Joinville - FSCMZ's protests and gave Lauro Nascimento a yellow card for diving instead. After 32 played minutes New Joinville - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Lauro Nascimento. With a little luck, New Joinville - FSCMZ's Xande Buffon got control of the ball when Stig Rönn tried to sneak it across the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Ekedalen SK's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo came free, but Per Bröms reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Per Bröms. Per Bröms dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Elias Rönn managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stig Rönn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Xande Buffon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xande Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sten Hagberg in the 59th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Válbson Schmidt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sten Hagberg in the 61st minute of play forced New Joinville - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Xande Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 63 minutes, Isac Höijer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ekedalen SK and the New Joinville - FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. New Joinville - FSCMZ's Chiquinho de Amorim was substituted for Xandinho Thuram. Isac Höijer hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Xande Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uno Åkesson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Nicolas De la Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. New Joinville - FSCMZ's Xande Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Rönn in the 77th minute of play. Ekedalen SK's Stig Rönn managed to work through New Joinville - FSCMZ's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Stig Rönn dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 82nd match minute, New Joinville - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Demetrius Xande to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo in the 84th minute of play forced Ekedalen SK's goalkeeper Per Bröms to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th match minute, New Joinville - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lauro Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Ekedalen SK booed when New Joinville - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lamine Xande didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lamine Xande got free with Per Bröms in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 94th minute, Ingvar Bark made a precise shot to the right of Xande Buffon. New Joinville - FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. Ekedalen SK were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
