Per Bröms was a little too slow when Xandinho Kane got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 14th minute. The score was now 1-1. New Joinville - FSCMZ's Xande Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Rönn in the 19th minute of play. Ingvar Bark fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xande Buffon having to interfere. Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st match minute, New Joinville - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xandinho Kane in the 36th minute of play forced Ekedalen SK's goalkeeper Per Bröms to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per Bröms showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xandinho Kane in the 44th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stig Rönn was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Ingvar Bark dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Xande Buffon, 2-2.
