Christian Stäheli took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Diogo Velloso. Diogo Velloso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 8th minute Christian Stäheli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diogo Velloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antônio Carlos Melo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Lorenzo Staldegger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Chancy Olympique getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Fabricius Jehle hit a great ball. Frederico de Mendonça was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 14th minute. Chelsicha's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 18th minute Larry Schlafli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diogo Velloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Chancy Olympique's goalkeeper Lorenzo Staldegger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antônio Carlos Melo. 22 minutes into the match, Chelsicha's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimir Weyermann came free, but Diogo Velloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Chelsicha booed when Chancy Olympique was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Larry Schlafli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lorenzo Staldegger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesto Varela, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The supporters of Chancy Olympique booed when Chelsicha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frederico de Mendonça didn't get a good kick on the ball. Diogo Velloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimir Weyermann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Chelsicha defense, Fabricius Jehle kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Diogo Velloso. The Chelsicha fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Diogo Velloso should have stopped the shot. Chelsicha's Diogo Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimir Weyermann in the 48th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vladimir Weyermann during the 50th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Chelsicha booed when Chancy Olympique was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladimir Weyermann didn't get a good kick on the ball. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 72 minutes into the game, Fabricius Jehle recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Diogo Velloso. Fabricius Jehle showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Lorenzo Staldegger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frederico de Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. With a little luck, Chelsicha's Diogo Velloso got control of the ball when Vladimir Weyermann tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fabricius Jehle hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. The supporters of Chancy Olympique booed when Chelsicha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldo Sarmento didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Chancy Olympique left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Chelsicha.
