In the 17th minute of the match, Bohuš Dačev tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Zoheir Chadl saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Pavol Chmelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bouzid Bentifour, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. With a little luck, Adab FC's Zoheir Chadl got control of the ball when Bohuš Dačev tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to FC DNV Bratiskava getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Tibor Partil hit a great ball. In the 27th minute, Stanislav Božok hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Adab FC's Tayeb Drioueche got a free kick in the 29th minute. FC DNV Bratiskava's Tibor Partil got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. But to his dismay, Ladislav Haluška quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abd al-Asis Lacen was the one to do the kick off. In the last second Pavol Chmelo throw himself and got hold of the ball when Djamel Belloumi in the 53rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 53rd minute, Marek Havran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 57 minutes into the game, Tibor Partil was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC DNV Bratiskava's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Adab FC the free kick. The supporters of Adab FC booed when FC DNV Bratiskava was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tibor Partil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abd al-Asis Lacen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Pavol Chmelo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Pavol Chmelo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abd al-Asis Lacen in the 60th minute. 61 minutes into the match, FC DNV Bratiskava's goal looked a bit too open when Djamel Belloumi came free, but Pavol Chmelo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pavol Chmelo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Djamel Belloumi went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Zoheir Chadl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 78 minutes of play, FC DNV Bratiskava's Marek Havran made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zoheir Chadl was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zoheir Chadl came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by FC DNV Bratiskava's Ladislav Haluška. But to his dismay, Ladislav Haluška quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC DNV Bratiskava had played much better football throughout.
