Jørgen Holmgren had several of the IFK Kik's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 6 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Kaj Örnberg as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 9th minute Jørgen Holmgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaj Örnberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10thth minute of the game Jørgen Holmgren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IFK Kik's Kaj Örnberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jørgen Holmgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Kaj Örnberg made a huge save. 19 minutes into the match, Vestfjorden FK's goal looked a bit too open when Ludwig Överman came free, but Gil Ceni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kaj Örnberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jørgen Holmgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th minute, Leonard Polek made a precise shot to the right of Kaj Örnberg. IFK Kik's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 57thth minute of the game Jørgen Holmgren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IFK Kik's Kaj Örnberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thor Hesjedal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Kaj Örnberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 59th minute of the match Lennart Vallman completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The Vestfjorden FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. IFK Kik's Kaj Örnberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jørgen Holmgren in the 90th minute of play. Fritz Ugla hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Vestfjorden FK fans cheered their team off the field, for while IFK Kik had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
