ORIZABA F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Bendito Sea El Fernet's Federico Normando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eloy Pacorro in the 14th minute of play. ORIZABA F.C. were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Bendito Sea El Fernet's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jonathan Etor took the corner. 16 minutes into the game, ORIZABA F.C.'s Clemente Gabon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Federico Normando made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 23rd minute, ORIZABA F.C.'s Clemente Gabon ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Federico Normando. Federico Normando yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Clemente Gabon kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Federico Normando. That made the score 4-1 in the 30 minute of play. When ORIZABA F.C.'s Dante Nastasio, in the 38th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for ORIZABA F.C.. Federico Normando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Pacorro, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jeronimo Bertin to strike the kick off in the second half. Jeronimo Bertin's late challenge caught a ORIZABA F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeronimo Bertin helped the player get up and apologised. Jeronimo Bertin kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. 52 minutes into the match, Mario Tipi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cesar Lop, 4-2. Federico Normando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dante Nastasio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eloy Pacorro in the 62nd minute of play forced Bendito Sea El Fernet's goalkeeper Federico Normando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clemente Gabon in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Federico Normando prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 88th minute, Clemente Gabon made a precise shot to the right of Federico Normando. Bendito Sea El Fernet's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-3. Gavino Perfecto hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. ORIZABA F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
