The supporters of THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ booed when Marzagão was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeca de Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mané Pinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christiano Albuquerque, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mané Pinho came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's Júlio Furche. But to his dismay, Júlio Furche quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience was convinced that Júlio Furche's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mané Pinho was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Mané Pinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Júlio Furche in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute of the match, Brooks Shields tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Paulinho Viana saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 14th minute, Betão Tinoco reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Paulinho Viana. The goal made the score 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilton Fonseca in the 17th minute of play forced THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's goalkeeper Paulinho Viana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Marzagão's Betão Tinoco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paulinho Viana. That made the score 2-1 after 21 minutes of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flavio Maciel in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mané Pinho saved Marzagão from getting behind. If Júlio Furche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 29th minute THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ were awarded a corner. Pedrinho Madureira went to the cornerflag to take it. Marcinho Donato made a great header on THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's corner, it was just that Marzagão's Mané Pinho managed to reach the ball for a save. Perivaldo Nóbrega kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Betão Tinoco's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Paulinho Viana - 3-1 was put on the score board in the 33rd minute. Mané Pinho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Júlio Furche's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Marcinho Donato kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Betão Tinoco kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Brooks Shields kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Marzagão made a substitution. Reinaldo de Castro replaced Wilton Fonseca. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Paulinho Viana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Betão Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mané Pinho showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Júlio Furche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mané Pinho made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Júlio Furche sent off a good shot on target. In the 74th minute THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ were awarded a corner. Mané Pinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Júlio Furche, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. A collision led to Marzagão getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Brooks Shields hit a great ball. 88 minutes into the match, Marzagão's goal looked a bit too open when Júlio Furche came free, but Mané Pinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mané Pinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Júlio Furche in the 89th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's Flavio Maciel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mané Pinho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mané Pinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Júlio Furche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Júlio Furche blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mané Pinho having to make a save. Mané Pinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Júlio Furche, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. When Betão Tinoco came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Marzagão fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Betão Tinoco couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Marzagão getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Betão Tinoco hit a great ball. Marzagão's Mané Pinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júlio Furche in the 98th minute of play. Marzagão walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
