In the 4th minute Júlio Furche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mané Pinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Pedro Toledo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulinho Viana. THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pedro Toledo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 16th minute, Nestor Galvão ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paulinho Viana was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Mané Pinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Júlio Furche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, Marzagão's goal looked a bit too open when Júlio Furche came free, but Mané Pinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulinho Viana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Toledo in the 20th minute of the match. If Júlio Furche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nestor Galvão hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After 28 played minutes, THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's Pedrinho Madureira shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mané Pinho came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ reached it. 30 minutes into the match, THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Toledo came free, but Paulinho Viana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mané Pinho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Júlio Furche in the 32nd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Mané Pinho successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With his leg Mané Pinho managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's Flavio Maciel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Paulinho Viana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Galvão in the 38th minute of the match. After some careless play in the THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ defense, Nestor Galvão kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulinho Viana. The THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulinho Viana should have stopped the shot. After the first half Marzagão were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

52 minutes into the match, Marzagão's goal looked a bit too open when Júlio Furche came free, but Mané Pinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 52 played minutes THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ got a freekick which was hit by Perivaldo Nóbrega. After a rather tough play, Marzagão's Noel Gaspar got a free kick in the 64th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Júlio Furche in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mané Pinho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paulinho Viana made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Pedro Toledo sent off a good shot on target. 69 minutes into the match, THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's Pedrinho Madureira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mané Pinho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nestor Galvão in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paulinho Viana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 78 minutes into the match, Marzagão's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Maciel came free, but Mané Pinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Christiano Albuquerque managed to get in a good position for a shot. THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Christiano Albuquerque was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mané Pinho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marzagão's Mané Pinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júlio Furche in the 84th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Júlio Furche in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mané Pinho saved Marzagão from getting behind. 92 minutes into the match, Marzagão's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Maciel came free, but Mané Pinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Flavio Maciel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mané Pinho. Júlio Furche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Mané Pinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Marzagão players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
