Edelmiro Haimar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stew Hicks, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. With a little luck, Despidida AFC's Edelmiro Haimar got control of the ball when Stew Hicks tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Despidida AFC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Faustino Gaztea hit a great ball. Edelmiro Haimar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tito Castillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Crawford Bennett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute Carolo Xabel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clay Oconnell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, Carolo Xabel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Clay Oconnell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Edelmiro Haimar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Russ Smee showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 19 minute of play. Despidida AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Russ Smee scored to the left of an out of position Edelmiro Haimar, making the score, 2-1. 26 minutes into the match, Tito Castillo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Edelmiro Haimar, 3-1. Edelmiro Haimar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dean Martin in the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Carolo Xabel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dean Martin took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edelmiro Haimar. Edelmiro Haimar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Russ Smee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Edelmiro Haimar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-1 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Donato Bero to make the kick off. Stew Hicks took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edelmiro Haimar. Edelmiro Haimar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. After some careless play in the Despidida AFC defense, Stew Hicks kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edelmiro Haimar. The Despidida AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edelmiro Haimar should have stopped the shot. Prospero Eudoxio charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Prospero Eudoxio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 62nd minute, Prospero Eudoxio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edelmiro Haimar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dean Martin in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Stew Hicks left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SnapperHeads F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-1. Edelmiro Haimar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stew Hicks in the 68th minute of play. The supporters of SnapperHeads F.C. booed when Despidida AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cirilo Peruanton didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute Stew Hicks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edelmiro Haimar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edelmiro Haimar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dean Martin in the 77th minute of the match. In the 77th match minute, SnapperHeads F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jason Cameron to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the match, SnapperHeads F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Lore came free, but Clay Oconnell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Crawford Bennett kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Donato Bero notched a goal, 8-2, to the right of SnapperHeads F.C.'s Clay Oconnell. Clay Oconnell was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edelmiro Haimar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stew Hicks in the 87th minute of the match. Clay Oconnell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Bero in the 91st minute of play. Jason Cameron kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Despidida AFC's Carolo Xabel got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 95 minutes into the match, SnapperHeads F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Cirilo Peruanton came free, but Clay Oconnell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SnapperHeads F.C. fully deserved thier win.
