When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rafael Hondo made a kick off. After 51 minutes, Örjan Ferm mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Wingspan and the Palermo players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joseph Edman got free with Marcos Esdras in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcos Esdras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tim Örtlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 92nd minute, Rafael Hondo made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Almstedt. FC Wingspan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Palermo had won after a very even match.
