R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И's supporters rose to their feet, but Albano Acevedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ramiro Mello breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И's attentive Ambrosio Lorencio managed to snatch the ball when Paulinho Paraibano made a throw-in in the 6th minute of the game. Ramiro Mello didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Albano Acevedo went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Ramiro Mello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albano Acevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Ramiro Mello didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Albano Acevedo went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Albano Acevedo sped through Squadra Demarchi's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ramiro Mello. In the 21st minute, Albano Acevedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ramiro Mello came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И's Rio Uchiha. But to his dismay, Rio Uchiha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Rio Uchiha struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Ramiro Mello didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И. Ramiro Mello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albano Acevedo in the 33rd minute of the match. After 39 minutes Squadra Demarchi's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Delmiro Resto who took care of the corner kick. Delmiro Resto made a great header on R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И's corner, it was just that Squadra Demarchi's Ramiro Mello managed to reach the ball for a save. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Albano Acevedo put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Ramiro Mello. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Albano Acevedo to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albano Acevedo in the 51st minute of play forced Squadra Demarchi's goalkeeper Ramiro Mello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Júnior Meirelles fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Squadra Demarchi's protests and gave Júnior Meirelles a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th match minute, Squadra Demarchi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Júnior Meirelles to maneuver through the defense. Ramiro Mello was a little too slow when Albano Acevedo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 0-6. R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И's Natalio Oto was substituted for Delmiro Resto. In the 71st minute, Albano Acevedo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ramiro Mello. The goal made the score 0-7. Albano Acevedo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ramiro Mello having to make a save. Ramiro Mello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albano Acevedo in the 76th minute of play. Ramiro Mello was a little too slow when Albano Acevedo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 0-8. After a defensive mix-up in Squadra Demarchi's zone, Albano Acevedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramiro Mello came out of the goal and Albano Acevedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 86th minute, Albano Acevedo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ramiro Mello, passed just outside the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albano Acevedo got free with Ramiro Mello in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 94th minute Albano Acevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Mello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Squadra Demarchi's Claudinho Loyola couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 95th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И. The Squadra Demarchi fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
