Malte Siöberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Károly Bodrogi in the 15th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Bengt-Åke Alkvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ferhat Uğuş. Real Trabzon Sk's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bengt-Åke Alkvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 20th match minute, Kind of Blue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmund Skålberg to maneuver through the defense. Csaba Tisza might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Malte Siöberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Csaba Tisza ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 34th minute Csaba Tisza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Malte Siöberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Károly Bodrogi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Malte Siöberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Csaba Tisza in the 38th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Bengt-Åke Alkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kind of Blue's supporters rose to their feet, but Bengt-Åke Alkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferhat Uğuş breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Real Trabzon Sk booed when Kind of Blue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torsten Haström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Károly Bodrogi hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After the first half Real Trabzon Sk were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bengt-Åke Alkvist to strike the kick off in the second half. Ferhat Uğuş stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bengt-Åke Alkvist's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. In the 54th minute, Timmy Hammarström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Károly Bodrogi came free with the goalkeeper in the 59th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Malte Siöberg could save by the left post. 60 minutes in the game, Csaba Tisza fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Malte Siöberg having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Bengt-Åke Alkvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ferhat Uğuş was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. 63 minutes into the match, Real Trabzon Sk's goal looked a bit too open when Bengt-Åke Alkvist came free, but Ferhat Uğuş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute Kind of Blue were awarded a corner. Ralf Klint went to the cornerflag to take it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bengt-Åke Alkvist in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ferhat Uğuş saved Real Trabzon Sk from getting behind. Keno Dibra scored 1-5 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Malte Siöberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Kind of Blue fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Real Trabzon Sk were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
