Spectators: 7637 (Terracing: 5729, Seating: 1756, VIP seats: 152) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Sidnei Mineiro made the kick off which started today's match. In the 6th minute Benê Fernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Babbis Kabitakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the game, Sidnei Mineiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Babbis Kabitakis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 0-2 became the score in the 13th minute when Sidnei Mineiro elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Benê Fernandez struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Babbis Kabitakis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Breguete FC. A collision led to Breguete FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Célio Meira hit a great ball. Luiz Paulo Dante kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. The supporters of Go Ahead Eagles booed when Breguete FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cássio Meira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Breguete FC's Durval Coutinho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Breguete FC from getting a goal against them. Babbis Kabitakis came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Breguete FC's Benê Fernandez. But to his dismay, Benê Fernandez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After 45 minutes of play, Breguete FC's Benê Fernandez made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Babbis Kabitakis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

A hard shot 51 in the game by Sidnei Mineiro from a close distance when the talented Babbis Kabitakis managed to make a qualified save. Go Ahead Eagles's players were relieved. Durval Coutinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giannis Papakostopoulos in the 53rd minute of the match. Pablo Sharkin hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Vaggelis Pagarliotas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Durval Coutinho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. When Go Ahead Eagles's Giannis Papakostopoulos in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Breguete FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 63rd match minute, Go Ahead Eagles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aris Kolitsis to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Giannis Papakostopoulos in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Durval Coutinho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Breguete FC's Durval Coutinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Periklis Vougiouklis in the 81st minute of play. Durval Coutinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chatziioannou Kakratsas in the 89th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Breguete FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
