Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hurtado Espejo started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Vidal Boñal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Hurtado Espejo fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Philotimo's protests and gave Hurtado Espejo a yellow card for diving instead. Hurtado Espejo hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute, Laureano Águas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bacardi Black Bats fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Sílvio Valadão lost his temper 12 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xavier Tarazona in the 17th minute of play forced Bacardi Black Bats's goalkeeper Francisco Seixas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Bacardi Black Bats's Gavica Enderica threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alexandre Mafra, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 30 minutes into the match, Bacardi Black Bats's goal looked a bit too open when Hélder da Silva came free, but Francisco Seixas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Francisco Seixas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hurtado Espejo went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Laureano Águas to strike the kick off in the second half. FC Philotimo's Gavica Enderica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Fiúza in the 54th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alberto Torrens during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 58th match minute, FC Philotimo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Torrens to maneuver through the defense. Gavica Enderica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermenegildo Brochado in the 60th minute of the match. A collision led to FC Philotimo getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Alberto Torrens hit a great ball. After 62 played minutes FC Philotimo got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Torrens. 63 minutes into the match, FC Philotimo's goal looked a bit too open when Hermenegildo Brochado came free, but Gavica Enderica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Philotimo's Alberto Torrens got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 69th minute, Hélder da Silva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 72 minutes of play, Bacardi Black Bats's Hermenegildo Brochado made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gavica Enderica was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gavica Enderica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermenegildo Brochado in the 75th minute of play. Hélder da Silva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Francisco Seixas made a huge save. Hurtado Espejo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Francisco Seixas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gavica Enderica took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodolfo Fiúza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Philotimo's Gavica Enderica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laureano Águas in the 84th minute of play. Hurtado Espejo hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Lastra Estevis hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Alberto Torrens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bacardi Black Bats were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FC Philotimo for a fine match.
