An unexpectedly hard shot by Gudesteo Caño in the 13th minute of play forced Sunkens Surtröjor's goalkeeper Torsten Ljungberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. VERDOLAGA CITY FC's Bartolome Erosa shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 17th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Torsten Ljungberg but with some difficulty. Raúl Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gert Sillén in the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Jack Holmgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raúl Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Terciero Orantes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Torsten Ljungberg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Sunkens Surtröjor booed when VERDOLAGA CITY FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eyague Bergues didn't get a good kick on the ball. VERDOLAGA CITY FC's Gudesteo Caño got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jack Holmgren's late challenge caught a VERDOLAGA CITY FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jack Holmgren helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Sunkens Surtröjor getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Jack Holmgren hit a great ball. The wind increased when Gert Sillén made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, VERDOLAGA CITY FC's goalkeeper Raúl Navarro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eskil Engman. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gert Sillén in the 56th minute of play forced VERDOLAGA CITY FC's goalkeeper Raúl Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Torsten Ljungberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Terciero Orantes went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Torsten Ljungberg came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by VERDOLAGA CITY FC's Gudesteo Caño. But to his dismay, Gudesteo Caño quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Torsten Ljungberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gudesteo Caño in the 72nd minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Terciero Orantes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Torsten Ljungberg. Sunkens Surtröjor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Terciero Orantes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Sunkens Surtröjor's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
