The audience was convinced that Tauro Parra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Louis Alcantara was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. In the 27th minute Jerico Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Louis Alcantara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. April 25 SC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Jerico Ramos scored to the left of an out of position Louis Alcantara, making the score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cordario Encina in the 39th minute of play forced Picanya FC's goalkeeper Sebastiano Treviño to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jerico Ramos came free with the goalkeeper in the 40th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Louis Alcantara could save by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Picanya FC's Tauro Parra slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Louis Alcantara. That made the score 2-0 after 43 minutes of play. April 25 SC's Louis Alcantara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save April 25 SC from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

But to his dismay, Kucandana Fastergaard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Cordario Encina kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sebastiano Treviño. That made the score 2-2 in the 64 minute of play. 67 minutes into the game, Picanya FC's Ander Astudillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Louis Alcantara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. After having played for 72 minutes, Cordario Encina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. April 25 SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cordario Encina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, April 25 SC's Cordario Encina got a free kick in the 76th minute. The supporters of April 25 SC booed when Picanya FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. János Dankó didn't get a good kick on the ball. 84 minutes in the game János Dankó did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Jerico Ramos. After 90 played minutes Picanya FC got a freekick which was hit by Narcis Ipătescu. In the 93rd minute, Tauro Parra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Picanya FC's Sebastiano Treviño played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cordario Encina in the 97th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Picanya FC's Narcis Ipătescu got a free kick in the 98th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the April 25 SC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Picanya FC.
