Alto Mondragon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paul Scholes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tony Montana charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tony Montana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tony Montana hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Alto Mondragon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Kling, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute of the match Gnaget United FC got a corner. CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Paul Scholes ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's goalie and right to Hugo Pihlblad. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Alto Mondragon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carl Kling in the 10th minute of play. Alto Mondragon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Kling, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Paul Scholes's late challenge caught a CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paul Scholes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th minute, Paul Scholes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Niklas Larsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tony Montana in the 20th minute. A collision led to Gnaget United FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Hugo Pihlblad hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the match, Santos Benet dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Niklas Larsson, 1-0. Niklas Larsson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edson-Arantes Pelé showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 29 minute of play. Niklas Larsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celedonio Cordareo in the 37th minute of the match. In the 40th minute Edson-Arantes Pelé shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niklas Larsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santos Benet in the 46th minute of play forced Gnaget United FC's goalkeeper Niklas Larsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
After a rather tough play, Gnaget United FC's Christoffer Byström got a free kick in the 54th minute. Celedonio Cordareo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Niklas Larsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Carl Kling could shoot a difficult shot in the 58th minute, which Alto Mondragon however easily saved by the left post. Tony Montana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niklas Larsson having to interfere. Niklas Larsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santos Benet, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 68th minute, Santos Benet left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Niklas Larsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santos Benet in the 72nd minute of play. Carl Kling's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alto Mondragon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. In the 76thth minute of the game Paul Scholes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's Alto Mondragon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Carl Kling notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's Alto Mondragon. Alto Mondragon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edson-Arantes Pelé sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santos Benet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Niklas Larsson having to make a save. Carl Kling blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alto Mondragon having to make a save. Edson-Arantes Pelé sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th minute Edson-Arantes Pelé shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niklas Larsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Santos Benet came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santos Benet couldn't finish the play. If Celedonio Cordareo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
