The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ademar Antunes during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Dandung Sihombing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vítor Saraiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dandung Sihombing, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Jailson Alves took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 25th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Adrianus Tambunan. Putra Rewulu's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Adrianus Tambunan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renan da Fonseca in the 28th minute of the match. Daniel Zonta's late challenge caught a Imbituba - FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Zonta helped the player get up and apologised. Imbituba - FSCMZ made a substitution. Lúcio Proença replaced Renan da Fonseca. After a defensive mix-up in Imbituba - FSCMZ's zone, Edyana Arbi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vítor Saraiva came out of the goal and Edyana Arbi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Imbituba - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Vítor Saraiva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dandung Sihombing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Vítor Saraiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Geovani Dantas made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Mahadi Anhar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Putra Rewulu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Imbituba - FSCMZ the free kick. Adrianus Tambunan was a little too slow when Ezequiel Lara got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 0-1. In the 56th minute Lúcio Proença shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrianus Tambunan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Putra Rewulu's Khalis Da Costa managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Adalberto Vale in the 60 minute of the game. Imbituba - FSCMZ's Vítor Saraiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dandung Sihombing in the 61st minute of play. Ruby Jayakesuma lost his temper 63 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a rather tough play, Putra Rewulu's Mahadi Anhar got a free kick in the 69th minute. Adalberto Vale made in the 79th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Tope Ponta immediately put the ball in play. 80 minutes into the game, Lúcio Proença recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Adrianus Tambunan. Lúcio Proença showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. In the 84th minute, Dandung Sihombing made a precise shot to the right of Vítor Saraiva. Imbituba - FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Frederico Britto hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Imbituba - FSCMZ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
