Paulo Renato Dracena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebio Sagrario in the 27th minute of play. Hector Belarmo kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Belo Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebio Sagrario came free, but Paulo Renato Dracena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ were awarded a corner. Antonio Artaldo went to the cornerflag to take it. Ferenc Szántó recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fábio Marinho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gualterio Senon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Salgado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, Fábio Marinho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 69 minutes into the match, ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Salgado came free, but Gualterio Senon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gualterio Senon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferenc Szántó, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Ernesto Gaztea managed to get in a good position for a shot. ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ's supporters rose to their feet, but Ernesto Gaztea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulo Renato Dracena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 77th match minute, ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Gaztea to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Belo Academy booed when ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benicio Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Federico Sardella kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Belo Academy's zone, Florencio Abarca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Renato Dracena came out of the goal and Florencio Abarca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
