The Lithuanian amber fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vytautas Alsys should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elbert Spanjer in the 15th minute of play forced Lithuanian amber's goalkeeper Vytautas Alsys to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vytautas Alsys made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Geert Arend Robben sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Lithuanian amber's Vytautas Alsys got control of the ball when Geert Arend Robben tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vytautas Alsys showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jasper Staarman in the 20th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Eligijus Kavaliūnas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vytautas Alsys showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jasper Staarman, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. A collision led to De Pelgrims getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Emiel Dilling hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute, Jasper Staarman made a precise shot to the right of Vytautas Alsys. Lithuanian amber's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Jasper Staarman received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vytautas Alsys came out and tried to block the shot, but Jasper Staarman slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 37th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jasper Staarman in the 42nd minute of play forced Lithuanian amber's goalkeeper Vytautas Alsys to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute, De Pelgrims's Jasper Staarman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vytautas Alsys. Vytautas Alsys yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jasper Staarman to strike the kick off in the second half. Vytautas Alsys didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emiel Dilling went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. In the 57th minute, Geert Arend Robben made a precise shot to the right of Vytautas Alsys. Lithuanian amber's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Vytautas Alsys took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiel Dilling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elbert Spanjer scored 7-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vytautas Alsys, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Donny van Schaik scored 8-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vytautas Alsys, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vytautas Alsys showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geert Arend Robben, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Vytautas Alsys showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geert Arend Robben, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Geert Arend Robben took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vytautas Alsys. Vytautas Alsys dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. The audience was convinced that Jasper Staarman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vytautas Alsys was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Vytautas Alsys came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by De Pelgrims's Jasper Staarman. But to his dismay, Jasper Staarman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0.
